I recently got the SD70ACE-T4 blank reskin locos, but when I went to test out V.2 and V.3, both of the ditch lights weren't working, I tried looking around to see what the problem was, but no luck. Is there anyone that can help?

Are these models able to be reskinned?

bought the birmingham route some time ago and was finally going to use it but i cannot fine the dependency file. thanks ernest
